We are looking for a leader for our EMEA Talent Acquisition team who can drive change, inspire trust, and take ownership for delivering top talent in a highly competitive market. You will be responsible for the strategic delivery of the EMEA TA regional function and play a key role as driver/enabler for the Global TA strategy. Your Future Duties And Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the strategic delivery and functioning of the EMEA Talent Acquisition function, leading and shaping our recruiting efforts across Europe and Latin America. You will act as a trusted advisor to our business leaders; recommending and implementing talent acquisition strategies in support of Juniper’s corporate objectives. Above all, you'll be an ambassador of our mission and values (the “Juniper Way”); strengthening our employer brand and inspiring candidates to join us
Your key responsibilities will be to:
Serve as a mentor, coach, sounding board and leader for a hard-working team of Recruiters, Sourcers and Coordinators in the UK, Netherlands, and Romania.
Personally own key sales and leadership roles in the region, working with senior partners across all business units
Bring innovation in the way we run our TA activities in EMEA and globally. Strive to enhance candidate and hiring manager experience as well as our overall employer brand.
Use creative approaches to finding and attracting underrepresented talent - hiring diverse talent is critical to our corporate beliefs and strategy
Required Qualifications to be successful in this role
At least 10 years' experience in senior Talent Acquisition roles including working in a large international company. High tech industry experience is required
Experience leading, coaching and scaling a Talent Acquisition team
Ability to inspire and develop remote teams.
Expertise in EMEA recruitment best practices including employer branding, diversity hiring programs and sourcing methods for sales, engineering and corporate roles
Experience working with senior leaders in a very fast paced, agile environment, proactively using HR metrics and data to evaluate, educate and make data driven decisions
Good balance between strategic thinking and the ability to just get things done!
