As part of the Global Talent Acquisition Team, you will play a key role in hiring the best talent for SoftwareONE. You will work on roles in a defined region and/or hiring projects aligned to our business strategy.
Define all roles fully with line manager and prepare job spec and adverts
Source the best candidates for our roles
Provide regular and ad hoc localised recruitment MI
Maintain strong network in local agency market
Populate and maintain contact with Talent Pools
Work on other HR projects such as Benchmarking, Internal Talent, Diversity, Onboarding
Contribute to Global TA projects
What We Need To See From You
Experience working in tech recruitment is essential ideally a blend of in-house/RPO and agency/search side
Strong experience of using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software (e.g. LinkedIn and other advertising, search, assessment and social media tools)
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent problem solving abilities and attention to detail
Passion for creativity and constantly looking for new ways of working
Experience in working across multiple geographies
