Talent Acquisition Partner – Corporate Functions

Location: Remote with occasional travel to BH Offices.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist who has experience of recruiting across a variety of corporate function roles, including Finance, Marketing, HR, technology and Sales. You will be experienced at sourcing great talent at a fast pace, leaving no stone unturned. Your passionate about providing stakeholders and candidates alike with an honest, consultative approach and positive experience with us. You love recruitment, direct sourcing, being a team player and enjoy finding recruitment solutions to challenging hires.

Who you’ll be working with;

Reporting into the Head of Talent Acquisition, and along side a team of Recruiters and Resourcers who are a bunch of passionate and fun individuals who know how important the candidate and stakeholder experience is, and work at an amazing pace to deliver it.

What you'll be doing;

This opportunity will see you recruiting for a high volume of roles across our support office function's and for senior nursery operations roles, with your key focus being on direct sourcing, using your network to find the best talent on the market. You will;

  • Deliver an end to end 360 recruitment service for our nursery operations roles

  • Work in collaboration with the business to ensure recruitment demand is met

  • Deliver effective direct sourcing (non-agency) to reduce cost per hire and agency reliance through effective use of LinkedIn Recruiter, CV Databases, social media, your network, and headhunting techniques

  • Manage roles and candidates through our ATS (workday) making sure this is always up to date so we can pull arcuate reporting at any time

  • In partnership with the Head of Talent Acquisition create and implement a recruitment strategy appropriate for areas of responsibility.

  • Produce weekly reports for the on performance, hires and conversion rates across your weekly recruitment activity.

  • Ensure our internal and external job postings are consistent and aligned to business requirements, company branding and the Bright Horizons Safer Recruitment Policy;

  • Work in collaboration with the compliance team to ensure time to hire meets the department’s service level agreement

  • Promote all of the outstanding company benefits as well as the company’s reputation as ‘A Great Place to Work’

  • Strive to obtain referrals and leads from candidates

What you'll need;

  • A proven and successful track record in the role of a Recruiter preferably with some inhouse or RPO experience

  • Experience working within high volume recruitment.

  • A strong communicator who can effectively and confidently communicate both written and verbally to all levels

  • Experience of working towards and exceeding targets whilst prioritising workload to ensure the demands of the business are met

  • Knowledge of pre-employment checks and compliance in the sector

  • Goal-driven, with a solid understanding of recruiting metrics and methods for achieving positive results
