Recruiting/Hiring Manager: Debbie Harrison, Global Talent Director

SYSTEMIQ, the system change company and certified B Corp, was founded to drive the achievement of the UN Sustainable Development Goals and the Paris Agreement on climate change by transforming markets and business models in five key systems: nature and food, materials, and circular economy, energy, urban areas, and sustainable finance.

We are guided by the conviction that all system transformations are rooted in human transformations. We must continue to bring more diverse people and voices into real conversations to succeed. We know we don’t have all the answers; we may not even have all the right questions. But we know that open mindsets drive change, so relationships, people, and trust are at the heart of everything we do.

Do you want to be part of the change?

As part of the Systemiq global HR team, this new Global Talent Development Manager is pivotal to the global talent team's successful growth strategy. You will need to care about the Systemiq vision and employees' careers. Find creative solutions to your challenges to provide an environment where our people can thrive. Collaborate internally and externally to increase Systemiq’s employer brand and employee experience. Look for opportunities to change, develop and continuously improve our global talent offering.

Who is leading our global operations?

As Managing Partner, Taraneh Azad has a vital role in helping to build Systemiq as a resilient, agile, professional, trusting, and trusted organisation; and leading our global operations teams.

Among her many talents, she is a proven leader, investment professional and business architect. She has worked for the United Nations, Shell, TXU Europe, and for 19 years in finance for Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs and Hartree, covering corporate energy clients for their energy risk management, structuring and investments needs. She has worked around the world (Switzerland, UK, UAE and Kazakhstan), and is a German, English and Persian native speaker, a passionate team builder and people developer.
