About the role
Our Senior Talent Partner is passionate about attracting and retaining world class talent, someone who proactively seeks out hiring best practices to help us grow our expanding team whilst always focussing on creating a wonderful candidate experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to help grow a rapidly scaling business whilst shaping our culture and building our brand.
Lead full recruiting lifecycle activities across all teams.
Help us re-define how we attract and retain the best talent.
Manage the Full cycle - recruitment, selection and hiring process for talent across a range of positions.
Support our hiring managers with their hiring needs.
Demonstrate ability to assess talent across a range of disciplines, thinking of new best practices to assess key skills.
Facilitate the full interview process with the hiring managers to ensure quality and fairness of selection and project manage timelines of each search.
Be agile and iterative in your approach, and relentless in your search for high calibre talent. Continuously identifying new tools and ways to engage with talent.
Experienced recruiter with some experience gained within a start-up, ideally tech/gaming/online industries
The ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and interact with all levels of management
Ability to partner with and influence business leaders and hiring as a Talent Partner
An eye for detail and strong intuition for culture fit while screening candidates
Team player, highly collaborative, working across the business to meet hiring needs and provide a positive and seamless candidate experience.
You will have excellent client interaction experience, including working with Hiring Managers, taking new requirements, reviewing candidate profiles and updating candidate pipeline progress.
