About this event

In these unprecedented times, the impact on people and relationships in organisations has been hard. But the further we get through this period the more we are learning about how to deal with it.

In this event we will be looking at some case studies, examples and advice from experts in the HR and people space about what they've done to build psychological safety, belonging and create remote social interactions that strengthen relationships.

Who’s involved: This is a collaboration between London Heads of People and People Stories. Barry Cranford, founder of RecWorks and the London Heads of People community will host a panel of experts from the people space including: Marie Krebs - People Operations Manager at Learnerbly, Co-Founder of People Stories - April Williams - HR & Talent Consultant, Podcaster | Founder at Can?Did! Olya Yakzhina - People Manager at Switchee - Diana Marchese - Head of People Experience at Snyk -

Who should come: Advice will be targeted at Heads of People, Chief People Officers, HR directors, People Ops Managers and similar.

Anyone interested in delivering a better experience within the people department is welcome to attend.

This event is organised by RecWorks, a community-driven recruitment agency focussing on tech placements in London.
